- A deposit of ½ of the total cost confirms your booking, with the balance due four weeks prior to your arrival. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
- The Bunkbarn will be cleaned and ready for you on your arrival. Please ensure that you leave it as clean and tidy as you find it. Take care of the bunkroom – any breakages will need to be paid for.
- We have a strict no-smoking policy, there is a £100 additional deodorizing/cleaning charge if smoking is detected in the rental property.
- Arrival time is from 3pm and departure is by 10.00am. These times are negotiable, depending on whether there is a group staying before or after you.
- Dogs are not allowed in the bunkroom (unless a guide dog)
- We DO NOT accept Stag, Hen and 18th/21st Parties.
- Last but not least please have consideration for the local residents -all groups must be quiet after midnight.
